Those are the correct records. Mary Ann was born in 1895. I have her as living with the family at Court 1 H 3 Horsley Road Tipton in 1911 (RG14PN17338 RG78PN1065 RD372 SD2 ED16 SN114)
I have completed quite a lot of research into the family but I am trying to find out more about their connections as boatmen. I live in France so it is difficult for me to research anything that is not online. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Looking for any information on the Godfrey family living in Horsley Heath Tipton. My Grandmother was Mary Ann Godfrey born 1885. The family worked on canal boats.

Can anyone help with information or background on the Turner familly Of Winchcombe. My GGrandfather John Turner of Winchcombe born about 1853 lived in Silk lane. I have come to a grinding halt.Is it possible for a look up of the marrage between Henry Pace and Priscilla Waldren 1880 ( marriage cert 25/4/402). I am trying to trace back Henry Pace and thought fathers name may be on the register. Can't find any trace of him before the 1881 census living in Great Bridge Street West Brom

Thanks for the tips and information. I have traced the Turners to the Winchcombe link so thanks Tony. It has also led to another branch of the family that leads to the Pennsylvania in the 1760s so sucess all round.
