Hi I have found an article where by my great grandmother during WW1 was up before the court for drunkeness and child neglect and the NSPCC were involved and the children were made custordy of the court.  What would this have meant? Would the children have been taken off the mother? Where would they have been taken? The father had been serving in France for two years at the time.   I know that the children were living with their mother  in the 1920's

Hi  I don't live in Liverpool and I am trying to find the grave of Robert Bates who died 1956 age 84 West Derby. I know that West Derby is not on line and I would have to search the burial Registers. Is anyone going to do their research and may be willing to do the look up for me?

Looking for Goulding family went to Canada from Wales.

I only have the name of one child Iris Evelyn Irene born Aug 1912 British Columbia.
It seems her mother died and she was adopted at the age of 1 in 1913 to Fred and Mary Ridpath in the North West Territory.

Iris died in 1995 and all she knew was that she was adopted and that her parents were from Wales.
Can anyone give me any idea as to how I can begin this search?  I was thinking that maybe she had older siblings, is it possible that she was adopted in the same area as she was born? She grew up as Iris but I think her middle names may have been switched round

I believe Donna Lemmon was born 27 Febuary 1930 Vancouver,
The death is stated as Dec 1978 Utah

I do believe that the person named is actualy dead as she died aged 48 but I will remove it
