Hi there .
Are you still looking to trace the Daroche line? Alice Daroche (nee Lewis) was my great grandmother.
It seems Alice's children did not carry the true surname forward. My family use the name Roche and some of her other children took it forward as Roach, hence perhaps you not being able to trace the Daroche line post 1916.
I am very new to searching my familiy history would love to hear what you have found out about Alice Lewis's ancestors.
