Thanks for the reply.but  what i am looking for are the pupil admissions  records,National archives state they do no have these, i am at a loss as to where to access them.

These records are not held at either wirral archives or chester records office. Any other clues?

Hi can anyone tell me how i can access the census records for dublin 1841 1851.I am looking for peter devine born approx 1820 and his son Lawrence born about 1840.the only info i have is that they were born in Dublin

Thank you so much for finding the grave for me .I have been to the cemetery today and using your directions was able to find the grave.It has taken over a year to find it and now i need to tidy it up and put some sort of marker on it.Purely by coincidence i also got an e.mail from Landican  today saying the would provide me with a map of that section if i called into the office.Better late than never i suppose.Again thank you for your help

the marriage certificate says he was a labourer whichcovers a whole host of things !!

unfortunatley i don't have any other information.I only know he was born in Dublin from the census records.and his fathers name from his marriage certificate.I know it is a real long shot.
