Other people who might be related to James Tricker
21 Mar 1792 Hannah Howes, widow aged 80 years, buried at Nacton HOI
(she was the mother of James Tricker's father Thomas Tricker's second wife, Hannah Howes. **D du Toit)
20 Nov 1800 Eve Blowers, aged 31, formerly of Burgh, admitted
(she became James Tricker's second wife, marrying him in 1806. She had illegitimate twins - Adam and Eve - whose admission is not listed here, although Adam's burial is listed below. **D du Toit)
7 Jul 1801 Adam son of Eve Blowers, aged 1½ years, buried at Nacton HOI
6 Dec 1802 Eve Blowers, aged 33, formerly of Burgh, admitted
2 Jul 1804 Eve Blowers, discharged

So, we don't have Eve Blowers' age upon discharge, but as you can see she was in and out of the place a few times, and is recorded as being 31 on admission on 20/11/1800, and 33 on admission on 6/12/1802. According to a record in the LDS IGI, she was baptised on 22/6/1768 at Nacton, which doesn't quite fit with the HOI records.
Another point of interest from the above: Louisa (Louiza) Tricker, born in the HOI 7 May 1823, must have died before 1833, because Louisa, baptised on 23 Jul 1837, was 8 in the 1841 census.
My wife and her cousin are descended from James Tricker and Esther Copping via Jeremiah (the one who escaped the House of Industry, possibly because he was apprenticed at a tender age!). Jeremiah moved to Harwich in Essex, where he married and settled. His grandson emigrated to NZ, which is where my wife and her cousin come from.
