Edward Featherstone Briggs was a member of our rugby club.
Born 13th February 1882 Bristol. Son of William Briggs and Florence (nee Featherstone). Clifton College 1894-1895. Squadron Commander Royal Naval Air Service WW1. DSO, OBE. Died 1963 Cookham, Berkshire. Son Michael killed in WW2.
