Yes must agree the Church does look very grand

I am interested in the Church as some of my family were married and baptized there,in the early 1800s the last time I visited this area the Church was being done up with a fence around it,  do you know if it is completed yet?

Thank you both for getting back to me,

The reason for asking was looking on Ancestry for Births , Marriages also Deaths,  I found they have both St Paul's Deptford also St Paul's Deptford High Street.

So I would now assume they are the same Church,

Thank you again
Maureen

Has any one got location and history of St Paul's Church Deptford, but not the famous one in the High Street.

Hello to you all

Thank you all for taking the time to look at my posting, I have found the Rice family with Hannah. also the other family Thomas & Jane.Carr.  Have looked until I have square eye's,   I thought it could be Herb,  I suppose it could be a middle name or just a name to which he was known, any thoughts on this one?.

The 1841 census with Thomas and Mary is a good possibility as Ann could be living away from home and in service. Thomas being a cordwainer which is a Bootmaker.

Will look on the early  Census to see names of bootmakers with surname Carr.

I also found on IGI an Ann Carr parents Bengamin & Elizabeth
