I believe he has passed away,  and died in Queensland  and was a police officer.

I actually know this it was posted on an Australian fb post but is it relevant tto my request,?which i have only just recently found the answer.   

Can I access other British Newspapers notices other than the war posts ?

r 'm after a newspaper article and I understand I can not request through this group, as per rules. So the question is,  is their another way I can access  this article. I don't wish to take out a subscription to the British Newspapers as it would not be worth the cost for very little content I have found

A possible resource: Percy and Frances Farnsworth's divorce records from 1900 - 1901 likely would indicate whether Colvin was adopted or not. Those records are probably housed at the Sacramento County Superior Court, since the Farnsworths were living in Sacramento at the time.


He is Percy and Frances  child I was wondering if he was adopted by Rudolf Neumann  Frances second husband as Colvin started using his name. 1st record I found was 1910 census and he is known as Neumann in other documents.
