Does anyone have any information about any Romany Gypsies that were in Manchester, England around 1920-1940?
I've been told my grandfather Henry Singelton remembered some relatives, Romay Gypsies from Italy, visiting him as a child.

Hi,
My natural grandfather was called Henry Singleton, born 1913 in Manchester, he married Alice Hodges. They had 2 children, Jean and Derek.
Don't know if they are of the same Singletons?

Stella was born in 1962 and Carol in 1963, trying to find anyone who may have known them.
think they grew up on Carrington Street, Swinton, Manchester.
Also, if anyone knows who they married?
