I won’t be able to help as it’s outside my area, but I can offer a suggestion…..
Tell us where you’ve done ‘much searching’ then we’ll know not to suggest those.
That will save colleagues making fruitless effort, and wasting their time.

Hi, welcome to the forum.
To be able to send a PM you need to post three times. Maybe two more ansers here might do the trick!

A specific German based forum might be a good bet. This is an active one https://www.geneal-forum.com/phpbb/phpBB3/

The main purpose of that post was to unlock the message-sending ability by making at least two posts. However, if it should be elsewhere, I'm fine with it being moved. Where should such a post go?

"Europe Resources and Offers" which is at the top of the Europe section.

It would help a lot if you included the country you are asking about in the title.
Eastern Europe covers a wide area!

You haven’t specifically mentioned Passenger Lists. Have you searched those?
I see someone of this name on Ancestry in their Florida Naturalisation section, but I don’t have a sub.
All Germany vital records are held at local level so you need to know the place to be able to proceed.

Welcome to Rootschat, we hope you enjoy it here.
If you can provide the key info that davecapps asks for then that helps put your enquiry into context.
