London & Middlesex Lookup Requests / Susan (Susannah) Murrell burial in 1866
« on: Wednesday 06 August 25 14:32 BST (UK)  »
Susan Murrell died November 1866 at 3, Brown Street, Chelsea.  If anyone could find out where she was buried, we would be grateful.

She not in Brompton Road Cemetery.  Her first husband (John Fake) was buried in 1841, at St Luke's Chelsea, but I believe burials stopped there in 1842.

Thank you x

Thank you everyone.......Samuel would have been 30 in 1894 - I think it is him.

5
His other two sons.....the one in uniform died aged 22.  The youngest (1902-1981)

Thank you.....his eldest son died at Gallipolli when he was only 22, so not sure if this is him (he looks older than that)

Here is another photograph of Samuel - taken when he was older.  His masonic insignia is from the RAOB.  Is this the same man???

His second son - l don't think looks anything like.

Not sure if this is Samuel Haslam (1864-1919) or one of his sons....

Thank you ...... I have lots of info on him, plus his records from National Archives, and the war diaries.  I just really wanted to know if this was a photograph of him......as we don't have one.

Possibly - 1st Bn. Lancashire Fusiliers ??

Not sure if this is Thomas Ardill Haslam (born 1892), already serving in 1911 census in barracks.....died after the landing at Gallipolli in 1916.

I had been told the picture was of his father Samuel (1864-1919).....it was found in possessions of Thomas' brother, (I have a feeling it was his brother not his father)
