Warwickshire Completed Lookup Requests / Re: Slaney family of Polesworth and Warton
« on: Tuesday 05 October 04 09:07 BST (UK)  »
Hi Genie
There were Slaney's in nearby Atherstone. I went to school with one. I have a photo of the Cemetary Lodge there with a Mr & Mrs Slaney standing outside. They were the caretakers of the cemetary in about 1880.
Early church records would be under Mancetter, and from about 1850 Atherstone

So I now know where they may be in 1841.
So I will look for them.  The Scott family look as if they may have been in Wolverhampton in 1841?
OK?
