Have tried the local newspaper will try the Hertford records office next.
Local radio might be my next idea. If they broadcast those sort of requests.

Sadly my aunt died in an accident on a raft on the river lea, between Wormley and Broxbourne.
Born 1939 Died 1947

Does anyone know if any school photo's would of been taken at Wormley school between 1939-1947.

My Great-grandfather William F Dear, was in this regiment during WW1.

My grandfather Henry William Mercer, served on the Blonde, Ailgion? Idaho and Hecla during WW1.

Is there any way of finding where the ships might of served during his time on these ships.

AILGION?  08-06-1915 -25-04-1917
IDAHO      25-07-1917 -14-12 1918
HECLA      15-12-1918 -31-12-1918
