I believe that's the current version of 2019.
Do you have Two-step verification enabled on your Ancestry account (its under Account settings)? I can't remember for certain but I believe that can stop FTM syncing with Ancestry and you have to disable it when you want to perform a sync.
I may be getting confused with other software though.

A page at the beginning of the register is difficult to read but does appear to say Wissett.
