I appreciate your insights.  That Charles Harkins was my fathers 1/2 brother, who must have been named for his grandfather.  The Charles Harkins I am aware of died in London, but I believe was born in Ireland.
From what I am thinking Charles 1874 came over to Ireland single and married there, but I can't get positive info from anyone.

Unfortunately I am not sure.  I do know that he went to Ireland with my grandfather and settled in Co Mayo.  I am not sure where he married or to who, but I do have names for three of his children.  Two of whom went to live and died in London, and one who married and stayed in Foxford, Co Mayo.

Sadly, I don't know any more about her than her name.  I am still working on it though.

Does anyone have any info on Charles Harkins who moved to Co Mayo with his brother James Leo Harkins between 1904 and 1907?   I can't find any marriage certs but do know of 3 children of his.

I am not sure about the Hornpipe, but I have heard she taught someone to "dance the hornpipe"
I believe I have heard of you already, from a cousin of yours in Rochester, NY.  I have also been in contact by phone to a cousin of yours in Foxford.  I am very glad to be in contact with you.
How do we get in contact .
I know lots of info on that part of the family.  Sadly there is only one living member of the family, but she is a wealth of information, and has sent me all of her saved information which I have been plugging in.
