Hi Malcolm,

My username is traciejones_1.  The tree you need is  McCoy family tree.

It is private but if you contact me through it I will try and open it to you. My subscription runs out tommorrow so fingers crossed.
By the way, how are you connected to George and Hannah?

Hi Waverhouse, George Peel and Hannah Jackson were my 3x grandparents. My tree is on ancestry if you are interested. You will need to contact me through it if you wish to see it. There is quite a lot of info on there.

Hi There. I am 48yr in 2 days time. I have a 6yr old granddaughter. My grandmothers husband (my grandfather) is still going strong at 80yrs. So if effect my granddaughter has a grandmother (me) and great grandmother (my mum) and a great great grandfather (my grandad) all alive and well. Thats 5 generations all at once.

Shropshire Lookup Requests / Re: Alfred Charles Minshall-Oswestry
« on: Friday 03 December 10 17:53 GMT (UK)  »
Hi Isobelruss,

I am researching the Jones's and the Minshall's from Oswestry. I'm afraid I dont have much information for the Minshall's from 1846 to present day so would be very interested to see if we have the same point of reference somewhere.

Please PM me and I will send you my email.

Derry (Londonderry) / Re: John McCoy Parents?
« on: Saturday 16 October 10 20:35 BST (UK)  »
Do you know what? I have no idea! The clue I was given says Presbyterian but I know that when his son died (my ggrandfather) he lay in state at the catholic cathedral in Plymouth, Devon.
My grandfather would never discuss his parentage and refused the Irish link saying they were Scottish! (Very Untrue)
My dad didnt know his grandparents were catholic or that his parents (they were cousins) were too.
I have very little to go on.

I have been relegated to clutching at straws with this fellow.

Is there any way I can view the parish records apart from visiting?

Derry (Londonderry) / John McCoy Parents?
« on: Saturday 16 October 10 19:43 BST (UK)  »
Hi Guys,

I have My Ancester John McCoy as being born on 28 June 1835, Londonderry (Derry) but I have not been able to get any parents for him. I had a clue given to me that he was from Bove nagh,  Drum??
I do know that his father was Cornelius McCoy (or Maccoy) - Seaman (occupation)

Does anybody have access to any parish records so that I can confirm Something?

Any help would be greatly received. I have been stuck at this point with him for 3 yrs. Not a whole heap of time but I am about to give up on him so I thought I would give it one more shot.

Tracie xx ???

I could really do with upgrading but the £150+ price tag is a bit steep >:(
I havent been able to find one as yet. There must be one going somewhere ???
