Buckinghamshire Lookup Requests / Re: CREAMER - Lavendon Lookups

Thank you very much, Tazzie.
Now I am trying to find out who Elizabeth's parents were.
Grendon is in Northants - not far from Lavendon (not Grendon Underwood).
I see Hannah CREAMER marr. Francis PARKER 28 Sep 1780.  Possibly she was Elizabeth's sister???
Are there any other mentions of CREAMER in the Lavendon PR's?
Thank you once again.  Spurc

Many thanks, Tazzie
I notice there were WOODING's in Turvey and surrounds.  Perhaps Elizabeth died in one of the other villages in the area.

Could you tell me if there is any indication of Elizabeth CREAMER's parents in Lavendon PR's, please.
Perhaps she was born in Olney or Lavendon.  And perhaps the family were non-conformists........

Many thanks for your time.

Northamptonshire Lookup Requests / Grendon Lookup
« on: Saturday 09 February 08 11:46 GMT (UK)  »
I have James CREAMER of Lavendon (b. abt. 1776) apprenticed to Abraham SHARWOOD of Grendon, tailor) in 1789.
He next appeared in Ecton when he married Mary Ann RIVITT of Grendon in 1823.  There had been a Mary CREAMER buried in Ecton in 1822 and I have assumed this MAY have been his first wife, Mary Ann RIVITT possibly being his second wife.
I would like to know Mary Ann RIVITT's family (parents & siblings) and whether there is a marriage for James in Grendon some time between 1789 & 1822.  Also, if there was a marraige, did he have any children by this first wife.
Any help greatly appreciated.

HELP!!!

I am looking for any CREAMER's in Lavendon.  I have James CREAMER, b. abt 1776 in Lavendon.  I think his mother was Elizabeth CREAMER but I have no other information.  The IGI shows Elizabeth CREAMER marr. Wm. WOODING abt. 1780 in Lavendon, and then her death in 1784.

James CREAMER was sent, by the Overseers of the Poor, as an apprentice tailor to Abraham SHARWOOD in Grendon.  From there I have lost track of him until 1823 in Ecton when he married (maybe for the second time), Mary Ann RIVITT.  There was a Mary CREAMER died in Ecton in 1822 and I have assumed she may have been his first wife - but maybe not.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have a sneaky suspicion that my ancestors may have come from Lexden.  Could some kind person please tell me if a family of EVERITT's were born in Lexden.  I am looking for James EVERITT, born abt. 1788, Thomas EVERITT, born abt. 1809, Samuel EVERITT, born abt. 1805 - all in Lexden.
If there are other EVERITT/EVERETT's listed I would be most grateful.  Thank you so much.  Spurc

« on: Sunday 06 January 08 18:05 GMT (UK)  »
Thank you so much, Jill.  Much appreciated.
I am still wondering where William BUNCE came from.
I believe he married Elizabeth HUNT in Amersham 24 April 1757 but I can get back no further without finding out where he came from.  His marriage says OTP.
If you should have any ideas I would welcome your thought........
