Welcome to Rootschat - I'm sure you will find help from members here.

According to the marriage recorded on the Berks FHS CD, Charles Finch is stated to be a "widower" but unfortunately no further info is provided.

In the Berks FHS baptisms CD, I have found a Sarah Matilda Tuckwell baptised 12-2-1775 in Wallingford St.Peter (d/o Joseph & Sarah both from Wallingford). This could be the wife of Charles Finch.

If this is the correct Sarah,  then there are a few other baptisms for children of Sarah & Joseph in Wallingford.

I have been unable to find a baptism for Elizabeth Sparks

There is an Elizabeth Spark bapt. 27-9-1778 Wangford (Nr.Southwold) St.Peter. (d/o Peter & Elizabeth)

Also Elizabeth Sparks bapt. 8-4-1782 Peasenhall St.Michael (d/o James & Phillis)

The marriage of Robert Alexander to Elizabeth Sparks 9-8-1812 does not indicate she was a widow per the Suffolk FHS marriage CD.

Adding to "millipedes" post;

The marriage of John Eltham to Margaret Brown was  in Oxford St.Mary Magdalen and by Licence with both from Cowley, Oxon.

John Eltham bapt. 13-4-1729 Buckland, Berks (s/o John & Mary)

Margaret Eltham  who was buried in 1777 was from Buckland.

The nearest Mary Spindler I can find is;
22-4-1787 Mary Spindler d/o Mary Spindler, sw (single woman) in  Leiston St.Margaret with Sizewell, Suffolk.

There is a  James TOVEL (bn; 8-12-1810),  bapt. 9-12-1810 in Darsham - All Saints
the s/o James & Mary (late  Spindler).

Is this the person you're after?
