Glamorganshire Lookup Requests / Llangeinor Baptism lookup please!

Hi,

Could someone with access to baptisms at St Cein's church in Llangeinor see if my grandmother Anne (or Annie) Ceinor Davies is listed.

She was born in 1899 in Blackmill (parents also lived in Bryncethin around then). Parents Joseph (coal miner) and Mary Davies. I think she was baptised in St Cein's because of her middle name.  ???

Kind regards,

Mark.

George born Slaughterford 1777 and Hannah in North Wraxall around 1780.

Their children (and years of birth):

Chapman 1805
Mary  1806
George  1814
Naomi  1816
Alfred  1821

Any good? I wonder if they were in Slaughterford if not North Wraxall or Ford?

I don't know if you can find anything?

Wiltshire Lookup Requests / 1861 Wilts Census - Thomas WELSH
« on: Monday 23 March 09 15:47 GMT (UK)  »
Hi there

Any sign of Thomas Welsh (or Welch) on the 1861 Wilts census?

Born in Shirenewton, Monmouthshire in 1820, he was a grocer and post master living with wife Naomi in Ford, North Wraxall in the 1851 census.

Naomi is still there in 1861 (listed as 'married') but no sign of Thomas?

In the 1855 Post Office Directory he is there, but by the 1859 Directory only 'Mrs Thomas Welsh' is shown as grocer. Another chap is the post master.

Any ideas?

Hi there

Could someone give me a transcript of George and Hannah Hulbert and their family from 1841, living most likely in Ford, North Wraxall?

Many thanks,
Mark.
