Hi,
I expect she is Elizabeth Ann or somesuch!! My other Great, grandmother on the Adkins side is Emma Key and her mother is Ann Charlotte and she varies her names each census!!
Regarding the CDs, if you scroll down to the bottom of the link it says they no longer sell fiches and as I think I said they don't do a CD yet of the areas I want. I must say ORO are very good, they have loads of CDs, but obviously I don't need them, living so close. I know Nigel (I expect you know of him, he uses this site a lot) has bought some and he finds them very good. He is my 4th cousin and we made contact through Genes Reunited

Do you by any chance have a fiche of Tendring/Clacton area, because
I enquired on Genes as well yesterday about the Pettits and got a reply from a chap called Ian. He had no details before Susan and James. I hope you don't mind but I passed on the info you gave me about Susan's baptism and her parents marriage. He then got back to me and asked about the 4th child in my father's family. Now I had no idea there was a 4th child until yesterday

He thinks it may be a George who was born and died in 1897. I have no idea why this child was not mentioned. Maybe there was something wrong with him. As I said my grandparents were related and Mum's mother was horrified when she found out, she thought we would all be idiots - well nuff said
Sorry to be a pest, I think I may have to have a trip to Chelmsford sometime or go to Kew (never been there, I hear it is an awkward place to find)
Thanks for all your help,
Regards
Linda
