The Tiverton Museum research Library has a lot of information on the Worth family.

They also have a family tree.

Somerset Lookup Requests / Re: ASHTON at Ashill
« on: Friday 22 April 11 21:40 BST (UK)  »
I use the date circa 1780 because that is a possible gap between his siblings if i have the correct parents. I have seen a Will mentioning John and the people i think were his siblings. Parents may have been John Ashton and Hannah nee Munden married 1776.
What i need is a baptism which so far i cannot find.

Hope this makes sense

Somerset Lookup Requests / ASHTON at Ashill
« on: Thursday 21 April 11 15:30 BST (UK)  »
I am trying to find the birth of one John Ashton who married Ann Furze in 1805.
I am a direct decedent of John. I suspect he was born circa 1780 at Ashill possibly son of John & Hannah. Have tried the Microfiche some years ago but was unsuccessful.
Can anyone help please.

Devon Completed Lookup Requests / Re: Tiverton ww1 monument inscriptions

Hello Kim
I think this answers part of your question, Taken from a local newspaper 1915.
Tiverton Gazette November 23rd 1915
Roll of Honour
Private E J Reeks
Mr & Mrs J Reeks of 1 Passmore's Court, Halberton have been officially informed that their son Private E J Reeks of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers was killed in action on September 25th.
(The newspaper does read E J probably an error. )

Hope this has helped

Have checked the British Legion Memorial room at Tiverton. Unfortunatly there is know-one by the name Reeks mentioned.
I suggest trying Halberton, he was there on the 1901 Census age 13.
The Museum would help you.

There is a Memorial Hall with names on a wall.
Try The Tiverton Museum
Email: research[at]tivertonmuseum.org.uk

If i get the chance i will have a look for you, but the museum also has a book containing names.

Best of luck

Wiltshire Lookup Requests / Death of James BISHOP, Calne
« on: Sunday 24 October 10 19:14 BST (UK)  »
Can someone please check the parish burial records for James Bishop.
His death is registered at Calne 1841. I belive he lived at Malmesbury, but i cannot find him registered there. He was born circa. 1816 dead before 1851 (not 8 193 Malmesbury)
 Thank you
Corrie
PS. his Wife was Mary Bishop
