Hi Peter  :) This is great news, as you know my father in law was Fred and he was the last born in the Jackson family in Victoria Terrace in Tibshelf and he was born in 1931. I have his birth certificate and this tell me his mother and father (upstairs in filing cabinet) but I will let you know the details. My husband Paul was also born in Tibshelf at Prospect Terrace in 1955 and he also remembers Grandad Jackson. I have done some research but it is leading me towards the Stafford area. Paul's grandad was born in Tibshelf but his father came from Stafford have you heard anything about this or am I wrong! Do you live in the North Notts area now. I would love to keep in touch with you and try and sort out this Jackson family tree as it is a real puzzle. If you want to keep in touch you can email me please on (*)

Hope to hear from you soon

Sheila
