Hi Matthew, Found on free pages, Bernard Owens, regt. Downpatrick : husband of Eliz Fox, father of Peter, b. 25 Nov 1869.

Hi Matthew,  I was spending my hard earned cash ( oops that should be hubbys hard earned lol) on Scotlands People looking for my Elizabeth Owens marriage and came across yours lol. Just wondered if you had all details, If not will be glad to pass them on.  Also I have access to the census 1841 - 1901 Scotland on Ancestry would be glad to help.

Hi Matthew thank you very much for your kind offer. Down has come up in a few family conversations.  Peter's son Peter married a Margaret McMillan parents Hugh McMillan and Margaret (Dougan?) cant really make out her second name.  I know Peter and Catherine Johnston were married before coming to Scotland and I have Catherines parents names if it helps .  Maz
