Hi - it is quite a long time since visiting this site  (2007) but I am now looking to find Anne Catherine Lambert's birth - cannot find it anywhere.   According to the 1851 Census she was 8 years old and born in Kensington but I have tried all avenues to find this birth record.   She is my GG Grandmother.
Can you help.    Thanks Dorothy

Does anyone know of this family emigrating from England between December 1864 and 1869.  I am trying to find out what ship they arrived into Australia on.     They may have had one child with them but not sure.    They were living in Albion Street Paddington, Sydney in 1869 when they had their second child.   Any information would help.

Thanks an awful lot - I have found these streets on old London maps -  get a bit of a boost when you find even a small bit of information.  Thanks again

Thanks very much - what do you make of the age differences quoted in the 1841 census (if anything)

Thank you for looking this up for me.       I was interested to see their ages, as in the 1851 Census they claim to be 41 years old.     This seems to be a very large discrepency and it also seems a bit old (in those days) as the children were so young.      Is there any chance that they were still around for the 1861 census.       Do you think you could check on this for me.
Thanking you
