Apologies if this is going to long winded. Any further information would be much appreciated. My research really started in Wigan in March1880 with a baptism for a William Henry Barry son of Henry and Mary Ann Barry abode Mossell Bay. Henry's occupation was a Merchant. On the 1881 census Mary and William are still in Wigan lodging with William and Sarah Reeves. Sarah actually registered William Henry's birth he had been born at her abode. The name had been registered Barrey. Henry named as
father ,Mary Ann maiden name Fitch. I have nothing at all more on Henry.Mary Ann marries a neighbour
Richard Humphreys in 1888 Mary's father named as William Fitch hotel proprietor. On all the census Mary Ann birthplace is shown as British subject South Africa. All the research in England has been sorted .Looking at South Africa records I have found a marriage around 1854/56 between William Fitch and Mary Ann Barry in Rondebosch Capetown, both were servants. So has Henry Barry any connection to Mary Ann's family if so what?
If someone has access to the trade directories a while ago I saw three entries for William Fitch and two for W. Fitch I don't seem to able to get the details .Possibly 1880's.Henry Barry may show up around that time as well.
Why did Mary Ann go to Wigan ,Where was Henry before and up to 1888.
The smallest  bit of info would be much appreciated

Many thanks

Sorry everyone it is Kenneth not Terence must be losing the plot! I have downloaded Lena's will and it stated that Kenneth was her only grandson and lived at 37 Cheshire Street.Everything had been left to him except a small token to Lena's sister Florence Price.Harry's father also died in 1959 but had made a will in it he left £50 to Harry.
Many thanks

Harry Green was my mum's cousin and has certainly been  my brick wall. The last I found records of him were on the 1921 and then he disappears.I have been told he served in WW2 but no info on his regiment etc. His son was named on Harry's mother's will [Lena Green nee Bottomley Schofield] in 1959 as executor so I am assuming he would have had  to have been at least 21 in 1959  .I am trying to tie up loose ends but am having to go through many routes hopefully to eventually to find info on him

Many thanks
