Could some kind person do a lookup in these Parishes for the family of James Eadie and Christian McLaren. He would be somewhere between 50 and 60 and she would be 55 in the 1841 census.

My GGGrandfather and Grandmother, William Davidson and Agnes MacFarlane are both buried there. Could someone please tell me where this is and who to contact. On the death cert. it says buried in the New Kilpatrick Churchyard.

Lanarkshire / 1841 Census REQUEST for Killhill, Lanarkshire and 1851 Dunbartonshire
« on: Wednesday 14 January 04 18:30 GMT (UK)  »
Hi;
Does any one have access to the 1841 census for Killhill, Lanarkshire. I am looking for David Hutchison age 41, his wife Agnes 18 and perhaps two children James and Elizabeth.
They were in Codder, Dunbartonshire when their son William was born. They should have at least 4 children with them, Elizabeth, Thomas, David and Agnes. I would appreciate a look up on this also.

Perthshire / 1851 Census

Do any of you have access to the 1851 census?  I am looking for Christian Eadie or maybe listed as Christian McLaren. James Eadie and his wife Christian was living in Paisley or Glasgow in   1845 but I can't find any trace of them there.  They were married in Aberfoyle and I thought maybe he died and she went back to relatives. She would be 65 years old.

Hi!
I enjoyed your article as my ancestors were coal miners some of coming from the Coatsbridge area and others from Hurlet in Paisley.
