The Common Room / Re: Certificates

Hi, It has been a long time since I last sent away for a certificate, then I just downloaded a form, filled it in and sent it to the gro with a cheque.  I've looked on their site recently and thought that you could only apply on line, which I would rather not do. So I'm pleased to find out that you can still apply by post.

Thank you for replying. Could you tell me how to get an application form. I think I must be behind
the times, it seemed a lot easier some while ago!!

Would anyone be able to tell me if you can still apply for certificates by application form through
the post other than on line.  Thank you.

London and Middlesex / esther hart - death - completed with thanks

I'm just wondering if someone could do me a big favour. I'm looking for information on the death of my grandmother who died before I was born.  I've found her death on freebmd as being Sep. 1936, Bethnal Green, age 41 and this tallies with the info I was given by my mum before she died. I've looked on deceased on line and found an Esther E. Hart who was buried 30 September 1936 at Manor Park. Now I've just seen on ancestry England & Wales Death index 1916-2007 Death, Burial, Cemetery & Obituaries an Esther E. Hart who died in 1936, London and I think this is her.  I would be so grateful if someone could look it up for me and tell me if there is any more information about her. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm wondering if someone would be kind enough to look up the address and family details of Charlotte Richardson (32) children that I know of are Hilda (0) Joseph (11) Florance (6) and Thomas (12).  I'm interested to see the name of her husband because I think that by 1911 she had remarried.  They would all be living in the Bethnal Green area, thank you.
