« on: Wednesday 18 February 09 22:57 GMT (UK)  »
Hello Janetto,
Good to hear from you, as I think that you may have something there.  I do have a pretty good tree of the Williams's and would love to share it with you.  Yes there are many siblings, through several generations to present.
My Robert Williams, was Bapt. 27 Jun 1813 and Died 23 Jun 1875 at Llanrhos Caernarvonshire, Gravestone indicates late of Liverpool, he had a daughter, Margaret who lived at Ty'n Rhewl the family farm.
If you would like to see that family branch tell me how I could send it to you and I'll do my bests.
Kindest regard, Robert Williams

« on: Sunday 25 January 09 01:27 GMT (UK)  »
Am looking for a possible marriage of Jane Williams, baptized 27 Mar 1815 at Llanrhos, Llandudno, between 1825 and 1837. Spouse not known.  Jane's father was William Williams and her Mother was Margaret Owen. I don't know very much about Jane other than her birth was at Pant Y Ffynnon, Llanrhos about 1815. Thanks for any help in this

Thanks Dai,
Yes, My family did live at no. 2 Woodbine Terrace,  They later moved along Pentre Road to 'Holme Dale' in Mona Terrace.
I am most interested in obtaining a copy of this book, The title of the book, the Author, Publisher, etc. and how might I borrow this ,in light of the fact I live in Canada and I would think libraries take a dim view of loaning a book outside the U.K..
I will contact Penrhyn Libary and see how they can help. Would be most interested in any further info you on the local history.Would you be able to get the email address of  The Penrhyn Bay Libary?
Thank you so much for this info it fits in perfectly with the little that I have on the Williams of Penrhyn Side.

Hi,
I'm looking for a baptism for Jane Jones d/o Thomas Jones, Miner, born abt. 1823/4 in Llandudno/LlanRhos. (Jane is my 2x great-grandmother).
She may have a sister named Mary Jones. Jane married Robert Roberts in 1846 at Llanrwst,(from her marriage cert.) so the family may have moved from Llandudno to Llanrwst after her birth.
She and her husband died at Colwyn Bay, she in 1904 and he in 1895, and are buried in Llanrhos.
Appreciate any help Thanks
Robert Williams
