Matt,

I am a sports-lover and the colour of my blood reflects that!

I am aware however that there is another team in Liverpool - Liverpool Reserves!

Best Wishes,

Phil

Matt,

That is a very generous offer - I sure am glad to wait for a photo.

The Campbell/Rae relationship is not actually of my family - I started to help a guy I met in the local library and I somehow got caught up in it. Still, that does not matter because I received an enormous amount of help when I first started back in 2001 - I am more than happy to pay that back in some way.

Please let me knw if you have any Australian questions which I may be able to help you with,

Best Regards,

Phil in Western Australia (ex - Scouser)

Hi Matt,  ;D

Thank you for your kind thought in posting the info from the cemetery inscription. It is much appreciated.

Did you get this yourself from personal observation or did it come via the Internet or some other source?

My reason for asking is that if it was through personal observation, could I please request a photo of the grave if it is not too much trouble?

Whatever the outcome I really appreciate your time in posting this to me.

Best Regards,

Dear Tati,  ;D

Thank you for your quick response to my request.

It seems the family you have listed is exactly right! I had a suggestion that James came from St Helena and was married to Sarah Shepherd in 1838.

I hope someone else with these connections will respond as I have no further knowledge of the family until Mary Ann marries her Indian born husband in 1861 in Australia. If you have access, would you please have a look at the 1861 census to see if they are mentioned there, please?

I appreciate your help and advice,

Many thanks,

Dear Reader,

I am new to this list.

I am looking for a MARY ANN WILLIAMS who was reported to have been born in Winchester in 1845. She later married an Indian gentleman with the surname POCHEE and eventually died in Australia in 1902.

Do these surnames connect with any readers.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer me.

Best Regards,

Phil
