I'm a descendant of Robert Hugh Muir Morrison and I was wondering if you have any further information relating to his grandfather, William Morrison (Thomas Morrison's father).
Separately, I'm curious if you have any information relating to the three children's (Helen, Robert, and Alexander) migration to Australia and their association whilst in Australia. I understand Robert and James Ferguson were in business with one another but i know little of whether they stayed in touch with their younger brother alexander.

- Helen married James Ferguson
- Robert Hugh Muir Morrison married Christina Gordon Morrison (nee Robertson), arrived in Australia at 23
- Alexander (the botanist) doesnt seem to have married
