Aliens cards and the identity cards issued by the German occupiers were 2 completely different things. Alien's cards were issued in 1920 and were held by all aliens over the age of 16. Occupation reg cards had to be held by everyone who stayed in Jersey between 1940 and 1945 once they were over the age of 14.
The address Deauville is on the reg card and was the name of the property occupied by Gabrielle, Charles Louis and one Louise Madeleine Rochefort, probably née Le Roy and a daughter of Charles Louis Auguste. The reg card gives the information that both Charles Louis and Gabrielle were born in St Helier while Louise was born in France.
It seems unlikely that Gabrielle and Charles Louis were children of Charles Louis Auguste and Marie Le Begue as Marie would have been in her mid 60s when Gabrielle was born.
