Its a long shot, and I see the OP is very old, but did you get anywhere getting the information you need?
I have just stumbled on exactly the same information as you have, and keen to get the same info.
I see the docs in the archived have now been extended to 100 year.
Again, person in question is in my family tree, (GF) so looking to get more information.
