To reinforce the Burrow family link, I believe Edward Burrow (c1773) and Thomas Burrow (c1761) are brothers, children of Thomas Burrow and Mary Rider who married in Ombersley in 1758.  There is a link also with William Burrow who married Sarah Glasbrooke in 1799 and had a number of children.  There is a degree of confusion over the 'two' Burrow family members who died in 1865 in South Africa but I think I worked it out.

I have just joined the forum and seen your posts about the Burrow family in Worcestershire, notably Ombersley.  I am also a Burrow descendant - Thomas Burrow/Ann Dalby - Samuel Thomas Burrow - Thomas Jackson Burrow.  In recent days, I have been backtracking and also researching the family of Edward Burrow and Sarah Parkes.  Easy to be confused by Edward Burrow marriage to Sarah Onley 1834.  I was unaware of the New Zealand link until yesterday, so I am interested in the explanations you have posted about the bankruptcy proceedings and the family hasty departure for New Zealand.  The child I did not pick up on in my own research was Harriet Matilda (I assume born in New Zealand) and I now note Fanny Elizabeth died at sea en route for New Zealand.  I have tried to crystallize the data on the familygroup site and I appreciate not only your posts here but also of other subscribers who have provided the accurate dates and reports for the Burrow family collectively in New Zealand.  I myself live now in Indonesia but would welcome the chance to exchange data with you Mr Coulson.  This is my first post here.  Feel free to message me directly.  As a newbie here, I do not know how to do it or may not have the privileges.
