I think Patrick was a bachelor who had a drapery and hardware shop in Frankford. When he died in 1859 he willed it to his brother Daniel in Derrydolney. Derrydolney is the home townland of the Kilmartin's in the Frankford / Ballyboy parish. Daniel was married to Maria Corcoran (married 1839) from Rahan (neighbouring parish) and her sister Eliza Corcoran was married (1848) to another brother Michael Kilmartin of Derrydolney. Both brothers had separate houses in Derrydolney and were farmers. I think they had a sister Mary Ann married to Denis Donnelly of Cadamstown (in another neighboring parish). Both brothers had 6 kids.
In regard to the Kilmartin's of Coolreagh (another townland in Ballyboy parish), I think Denis (Farmer) was the brother of Daniel Kilmartin the Shopkeeper in Frankford village (not to be confused with Daniel of Derrydolney above - a slightly different Kilmartin). Daniel died in 1972 at 51 years of age. His wife Judith had died 3 weeks earlier. Denis - a bachelor - was present at Daniel' death and he himself died 6 months later. Denis' will was proved by their sister Margaret's husband Tim Brophy.
You may have some of the above already.
