I may be able to assist. William Scott and Agnes Turner married in 1787 but I do not have confirmation of where. Apart from William I do not know of other children they had.
William married Marion Ballantyne (17/06/1821) and they had 7 children. I am new to this so I. am not sure how to provide the details of all 7 which I have to some extent.
Their third child was Robert. He married Marion Brown (28/06/1854). Their fourth child (of 10) was Robert. He married Jane Lockhart (25/04/1890). They emigrated to New Zealand in 1912. Robert was my g-grandfather.
I am happy to share other information I have. I would be keen to know what happened to the other children of Robert and Marion. Did they stay in Scotland? Lesmahagow?
