Gerry,

This happens all the time to me too, - & so now I do as Tati suggests & check that way.

There seems to be some sort of time delay, - because sometimes they all hit my Mailbox at the same time!!

Best Wishes, Romilly. :)

Many thanks for that Monica,

Interesting to see that the Birds married into the Starlings!! :D

I wonder what happened to Arthur though? His son, Horatio Bird was definately born in Isleham in 1916, - & so he must have been living there then...

Perhaps he was visiting somewhere during the 1901 Census??

Cheers, Romilly. :) :)

I believe that Nigella's mother was the heir to the Lyons fortune, - & I must have got this info from watching her WDYTYR prog.

Romilly. :D :D

Just a thought...

But sometimes the time of birth was recorded if the other twin was still born, or didn't survive.
(I found this in my family).

Best Wishes, Romilly.

Hi there,

Would anyone be kind enough to do a Look-Up please on the 1901 Census for me please?

I'm looking for Frederick and Emily BIRD, who should be living in ISLEHAM, SOHAM, CAMBS.

On the 1891 Census they are living in EAST END, Isleham, with children, Frederick, Arthur and Ada.

Many Thanks, Romilly. :) :)
