If he was born in Leszno you could have a look at Poznan Project website

https://poznan-project.psnc.pl

You'll find basic info there on parents names and dates but no cert itself. Still good place to start

Maier Wizemberg with Ita Brandla Zyngier

It took place in Opoczno on 11th February 1845 at 9am in the morning. There stood before us: orthodox Haym Ostrowiecki deputy rabbi of the synagogue Opoczno and orthodox Majer Wizengerger bachelor, 25 years old. Son of orthodox Jeka und Eta Rusenowicz (*I'm unsure about this surname) spouses Wizemberger, born in the city of Sienna, an occupation musician and orthodox Ita Brandla two names Zyngier, virgin18 years old daughter of ortodox Szmula und Estera souses Zyngier, born in the city of Opoczno, occupation musician. In the presence of witnesses orthodox Mosiek Rozenblum, boatbuilder 51 years old and Josek Wyzuberg (*I'm unsure about first and last name) 73 years old living in Opoczno city. They announced to me as a civil registrar that yesterday that is 10th February of this year at 3pm in the afternoon marriage was concluded between orthodox Majer Wizemberg batchelor and orthodox Ita Brnadla two names Zyngier virgin and this marriage took place in synagogue and there were three pre wedding announcements on 14th, 21st and 28th December 1844 during prayers. The marriage wasn't  objected by anyone and verbal permission was given from fathers and mothers of both sides and spouses. Spouses declared there was no premarital agreement.

Mlawa Church record for 1924 are not available for Catholic church, only Jewish or Evangelical

There is also Polish Genealogical Forum and scans available but again not for the year you interested in

https://geneteka.genealodzy.pl

You could contact Mlawa Archive so they could search it for you if you happy to cover costs of search and digital copy of the document (considering you have all names and dates correct)

Re baptism typically done same or next day sometimes within few days from birth.
During that time Napoleonic Civil Code was in force and parents were obliged to register birth within 8 days so even if parents would postpone baptism, birth had to be registered within that timeframe.

Usually childs name would be nearly at the end of the cert, sometime in addition at the top next to cert number

I am looking for my grandmother who was born in Poland, on her Birth certificate her name is Anna Stefanska,  her dad's name was Pawel and mother was Antonina Gawron.    I believe the town is Hebdow. I am not for sure of the correct spelling because it written in polish.  My grandfather is name Joseph Sowa, but I believe his name changed when he was in America I believe it was Sowinski.  My grandmother birthday was 24 July, 1897 and my grandfather was 9 March 1892. Can you give me directions on finding my ancestry in Poland,

Can you share a link to your grandmother birth certificate please so I can see more details. Back then there were quite few details in certs
