Dear Brian,
I have just come across your message. I may have a photo for you. I was the other little girl way back in 1974 who presented Nana with her bunch of flowers. The only reason I have a very bad photo is that the concert was shown on TV a few months later and my father had the presence of mind to take photos of the TV! It was certainly one of life's highlights!
If I'm right, your daughter may have presented Nana with a long sheath of lilies? Was it at Festival Hall?
Let me know and I will try to get some half decent copies to you.
