The Stella that jonwarrn mentioned is still in Liverpool but at a different address on electoral registers in 2011. There is also a family member listed with her to the same date. I cannot see a death for this person
With regard to Anne Jane. She was registered in 1888 as you say.No I don't have a date of death for her I did think she died before 1901/1911 but I can't seem to find someone near the age she would have been.
She does not appear in 1901 and 1911 census and in that census, her mother states that one child has died.
Do you have a death for that child and is it Anne Jane?

Could the photo be of the lady mentioned in your other thread. Theobald is in the same household as her and her husband in the electoral registers.
She was born in the right period.
