I can't read much without a subscription, but his wife's name was Susannah. This may be the son.

Looks to me that FRANCIS Snr was buried 06 Feb 1705/6
The reason is on the Burial of Son John, Mother is a Widow.

What document leads you to believe he was born in Harwich?Thanks - I don't have a document to verify that Francis Pulham who was buried in Harwich in 1706 was also born there. So it's something that I have inferred and likely should not have done. Two other of my relatives did some extensive research and did not find any conclusive information in this regard either. They did find records of Pulhams in Woodbridge, including at least one named Francis.
Do you have a subscription to the Essex Record Office. It doesn't have to be a year, they offer day/week/month as well.
