Could anyone please help me with the name of the person who carried out the ceremony for Thomas Haynes. I’ve highlighted the record on the full page.

I think it reads  R Halford or Hanford ?????

Any help will be great fully received.

The 2 ladies are very fashionable & would be wearing the latest creations.
Those hats are a mid 1900's style that went out of fashion shortly after that.
I would suggest 1905-08 & the child looks around 18 months.

Thank you Jim that helps quite a bit. If this is my Great Aunt Sarah Ellen then it’s probably 1910 or early 1911.
