HI,
I had a  quick look for you on the NSW Births Death and Marriages site:
http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/familyHistory/search.htm

But was unable to find a refrences for a Graves marrying a Jorgenson or for children born to Winifred Jorgenson but it might be worth a try using different spellings.

hi,
I'm looking for information on Henry Park/s/es who was a convict sent to Port Jackson Australia in 1838 arriving in 1839 on Theresa. He gives his birth place as Lancashire and was born abt 1820. He was tried at Lancashire Quarter Session ion 9th April 1838 and held in New Daily Prison Salford until transportation.

Looking for birth, baptism, parents etc
