I am also unable to find an obvious civil registration for Thomas, but several Ancestry trees - which should always be taken with a grain of salt - suggest that he was the son of William & Anne Healy.

They suggest that Thomas' father was the William Healy who was living with his daughter, Julia - who married John Kelly - in Platin Road, Westgate, Drogheda in 1901:

This William was living with his daughter Julia and his sons John and William in Pitcher Hill, St. Laurence Gate in 1911:

Perhaps worth exploring this theory.

Queenie  :)

If the above is correct re the Son John I found a death cert for a William Healy 13 Dec 1915 age 76 died at Hincheys Lane, Drogheda (i.e Marian Park) Son John was present.

I found death registration for Ann Healy died 11 Sept 1893 Cancer of the stomach (7 years) dead on Johns Street and Ellen Wall from Johns Gate was with her, Johns Gate is just down the road from Hinchey's lane (Marian Park)

Thomas Healy, age 27, married Sarah Lilly in Drogheda, Louth on October 3rd 1901. They had seven children - William (b1902) Mary (b1903) Jane (b1905 d1906) Thomas (b1906) George (b1909) Patrick (b1912) and John (b1915).
On the 1911 census they are at 9 Beymore Road, Drogheda - Thomas Senior is 37, and it states he was born in County Louth.
Sarah died on November 19th 1918 of pneumonia. Thomas Sr died on March 10th 1951 (confirmed by newspaper obituary).

I am really struggling to figure out his birth date and his mother's name. I have looked at the 1901 census and searched for Thomas Healys born c1874 but I'm not finding anything that jumps out as obvious.
Appreciate any help.

Both Edwardian.

Thanks I know they are Edwarduan but was hoping to pin point a more certain time frame I was thinking the one of my grandfather and Grand Aunt may be around 1900 to 1910 due to the lace detail on her outfit.  I'm trying to find roughly when she may have gone to New York. As there is too many of the same name to pinpoint her.
