I understand that you want to confirm Jacob Samuel Dawid Hirsch's birth in Leszno (Lissa Polonorum or Polnisch Lissa), his conversion to Catholicism and find his parents (Hirsch) and siblings (Hirsch).
This would have to be looked for in Catholic record books (Catholic priests also registered Jews), which are kept in the Archdiocesan Archives in Poznań. There may also be conversion files. Unfortunately, you have to do it on the spot.
