I would like to advise . Files from department of community services did note that 1964 the department went to an address for the  Disher couple but were advised by neighbours that Patricia Steele had left the premises recently with no forward address.
The file no is F/477032 16.2.1964
There have been numerous attempts by the department to locate one or both parents of the 3 children abandoned in Sydney 1956 .. sorry no date of this event
The only other info I have was second hand from sister Mare miller  Feb 2013..she did indicate that there were another lot of children who had the same fate. As no parents were ever able to be found all 3 children were left as wards of the state. The two older boys were fostered out separately into different parts of nsw
As it was not helpful we have abandoned any further inquiries. It seems to be a very unsavoury story ..
