Hi know that husband owned a butchers in wolverhampton and he stayed to run it dont know the name of the asylum only that it was prob a villiage up from Cannock to the right of cannockbut then could have been in wolverhampton i was told the daughter Dorthory Kate went to live her aunt Anne whom was Emilys Stubbs sister the info i got was all coak and dager and i am stumped ast to were to look??

Hi thanks for that but none of them seam to be her i know that she registered her first child's birth under the name off Dorothy Emily Stubbs due to he was illegitimate Maybe her death was reg under Dorothy Emily Overton due to she was in an asylum to cover it up thanks for your help

Hi can anyone find a Emily Dorothey Overton (nee Stubbs) born 1868/9 Cannock Staffordshire parents George john Stubbs mother Jane Ann lee Kendrick Stubbs i am looking for her death she was living in Wolverhampton Shropshire in the 1901 census with her new husband Thomas Overton born 1865 and her daughter Dorothy Kate Overton born 1900 i was told that she went into a lunatic asylum and died their i am trying to track her death recolds down so i can order her death certificate and find outwhat happened to her can anyone help as i cant find her death rumor has it that it was around 1912 but i am looking for any thing from 1902 up to about 1925 to be safe than sorry can anyone help or has anyone got any suggestion's

Hi need some help 
tracing some one her name is Emily Dorothy Overton (Nee Stubbs) born 1868 (or though she is down in census as 1869) Cannock Staffordshire i have found all census records for her and have her birth and marriage certificate the info i need help with is this after having a child Harry stubbs b 1897 whom was illegitimate with a harry mason who died before the child was born she married a Thomas overston (a butcher and moved to Shropshire Wolverhampton giving her son to her friend to raise and having a daughter in 1900 called Dorothy Kate overton i was told by Harry's Stubbs daughter my grandmother that Emily Dorothy (nee Stubbs) went mad and was sent of to a local asylum where she thinks she died Emily daughter was given to Emily's Sister Annie stubbs to raise What i need to find out is did Emily go mad if so did she get committed and if so where when and were did she die as i was told it was around 12 but this might not be true i cant find any recolds on her death on the BMD index have searched for both stubbs and Overton i even tried Dorothy Overton and stubbs as she used Dorothy as a first name on her sons certificate to cover up his birth can any one help me find out what happened to poor Emily Dorothy (nee Stubbs) Overton

Hi Carol,
Minnie did marry Ken Long but passed away in her forty's.
I have good news though i managed to track Great Grandad down on Genes Reunited.
My farther has two brothers he did not know about and we had a reunion yesterday. 
Sadly one of his brothers and his farther have passed away, :'(but it was a happy reunion all the same, with allot of emotion.

thanks for info am looking at some leads as we speak.
Just a question My farthers, farther vanished when he was 7, That would have been 1940 and I cant find any remarriages, births or death of this bloke, he has vanished.
Any suggestions
to what or where to look am unsure where they lived I guess Horsham, as thats were dad settled down, with my mother and they had kids there. I know dads mother remarried, so they must of devoiced, as its a touchy subjected with dad, looks like his dad walked out never to return. 
like I said any suggestions, Daisy am getting really desperate

Am Desprate can any one help?
Am Trying to find my Grand farther His Name was Charles Arthur Breed B 1909 East Wymer Norwich .He was married to Minnie Grace Howman B 1909 Tredegar Bedwelty County of Monmouth, they had a son Named David Trevor Breed in 1933 ref 46 122.
The last image that my farther David Breed remembers of his dad Charles, is him walking of from the school gate David was aged 7, sad know.
But Davids Mother remarried a couple of years later to a Kennith Long, so they must have devoiced. I have search the BMD and cant find anything, no remarriage or death or kids,
Which would make him in his late 90's, even if he is not alive I find it hard to believe that David Breed was his only child, or that he never remarried.
This is my last chance if, I cant find any record of him he's either been abducted by aliens Ha! Ha!
Or immigrated can anyone help, any suggestions
