Hi Marc
i have found out more about my grandfather in the last few days. None of my fathers family will even speak about him (Patrick)
Do you know who his father married after Margerat died. My Aunts told me that when they visited their house in Bishop St, she used to keep them at the door and not allow them in . This now makes sense as she wasnt their Grandmother, but they never told us that. i have two uncles alive only
(*) who lives in London aged 86 (moved there when he as 15) but didnt conact his father ever and (*) who lives in Limerick in his 70's . None of them ever spoke about their Fathers family.  i dont even have a photo of my grandfather to exchange with you nor do i know what he worked at , i only know he met another lady in london and had another family who we dont know about and died in Fulham  in 1990 Sandra.

Hi , My grandfather was Patrick Keyes , i think hes the younger brother of Augustine Keyes and John Keyes . he appears in the 1911 census . Augustine Keyes was a member of the  Royal Munster Fusiliers in 1919  and lists his next of kin as Mrs Keyes 8 Bishop St., he served for a year in Warwick as does John Keyes who served the Uk for a year Sandra.
