Just wanted to thank all of you for your help.    I did find my greatgrandfather in Sighthill Cemetery.(with help from Billy Anderson)   and also my grandparents in Old Aisle Cemetery.

We had a wonderful trip and great weather.   I feel very lucky to have found these gravesites.

Thanks again for all your help

Thanks for the info.   I contacted the e-mail address you gave me and did get a reply.  They could not find anyone by that name - so guess I can eliminate that church from my search.
We leave the USA on Aug. 2nd.   Still have not come up with a real possibility.
Thought I would try to check into Sighthill Cemetery on Springburn Rd.   Isn't that near Lenzie and Maryhill??

Thanks for your help.

Jim

Thanks - I checked wth Land Services , 20 Trongate - but they said they needed to know the name of the cemetery before they could help me.
On the death registers they have in the last row "Maryhill" on one and "Chryston" on the other.
Could that be the name of the cemetery??

Could someone look up in the 1901 cencus -  Thomas Sanderson with wife Harriet.  They had children.   Looking for ages of children, and where they were born.  They moved to Dublin about 1891 from Glasgow.   He worked in the Bottle Blowing Factory.   Would appreciate any help.
