Hi I'm a Maher from Clinstown Co. Kilkenny it's more commonly spelt without the 2nd T. We are the only family of Mahers in Clinstown at present. However, Clontubrid cemetery would be close by where most of our ancestors were buried they're tombstones date back to famine times mid 1800s and possibly before. If you've found no luck there maybe clontubrid or Freshford might be worth a luck. Best of luck 🍀
