Thanks for reply yes names were the same down the generations.
My grandparents James and Maggie Fargher emigrated to New Zealand in 1922, my mother was born here. Her brother John Telford Fargher, married and had a son Douglas Telford Fargher who lives in Australia havent had contact for many years. I am last living relative of this branch of Fargher family.
My grandmother was Maggie Green born in Bolton 1893-5? Don’t have any information on her side.

I am great granddaughter of Edward and Isabella Fargher who are buried in Tonge cemetery Bolton
Their son James is my grandfather. My mother was Margaret Fargher
Isabella and Jemima Telford were sisters
Edward was from Isle of Man
As was Rechard Kelly
